Oregon Spirit Absinthe
Our award winning Oregon Spirit Absinthe is a Parisian Style absinthe that focuses on a well-balanced blend of botanicals. To be considered an absinthe, the botanical bill must include roman wormwood, fennel, and anise. Don’t worry, the ban on Absinthe in the United States was lifted in 2006 and it is now legal to use wormwood in the making of Absinthe. Oregon Spirit Distillers
Merrylegs Genever Style Gin
Genever is a traditional Dutch style gin; unlike dry gin, Genever’s are not juniper forward on the palate. Merrylegs has a 100% malted barley grain bill which gives it malty or biscuity grain notes that are symbiotic with it’s botanical notes. You will notice a floral aroma and taste followed by slight licorice, along with some citrus.

Oregon Spirit Dry Gin
Our Dry Gin is a traditional London-style Dry with a dominant juniper taste that is pleasantly bitter and piney. Other botanicals that are present are lemon peel, coriander, and a little Oregon pine and sage which give our dry gin a hint of Pacific Northwest flavor.

We are lucky enough to live in Central Oregon where we have some of the greatest water running straight out of the Cascade Mountains. Oregon Spirit Vodka is triple distilled, charcoal filtered, and blended with Cascadian water to bring you a smooth pure taste.
