Crimson Crush














January is the beginning of a short season for Blood Oranges. With a Dark-Crimson flesh, a rind with a bright red blush and subtle notes of raspberry, it makes a great addition to many cocktails. The distinct flavor blends well as both the sweet and sour component of a cocktail recipe. This take on a whiskey cocktail can be enjoyed whenever Blood Oranges are in season.

11/2 oz Ottis Webber Wheat Whiskey
1 oz Cointreau
1 oz Fresh Blood Orange Juice
Blood Orange Wheel for Garnish

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin. Fill with ice & shake until tin is cold to touch. Double strain into a martini glass. Garnish with Blood Orange Wheel.


Sun and Sand













2 oz Ottis Webber Wheat Whiskey
¾ oz Campari
1 oz Orange Juice
1 dash Orange Bitters

Begin with a mixing glass filled with ice. Add Ottis Webber Wheat Whiskey, Campari, Orange Juice and Orange Bitters. Now shake with shaker tin until nearly too cold to touch, then strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with Orange Zest.


Central Oregoni Cocktail

2 oz C.W. Irwin Bourbon
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
2 oz San Pelligrino Blood Orange

Fill Lowball Glass with ice. Add C.W. Irwin Bourbon and Sweet Vermouth, stir. Top off glass with ice and fill with San Pelligrino Blood Orange.


Banana Hammock cocktail

  • 2 oz One-Eyed Jon Spiced Rum
  • 1 oz banana simple syrup
  • 1⁄2 oz orange juice
  • 1⁄2 oz lime juice
  • Dash of Angostura

Rim chilled coupe with sugar.
Put all ingredients into shaker filled with ice and shake well.
Strain into prepared glass.
